I graduated in Electrical and
Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and
Technology (BUET) in the year 1999 with honours. Then
I started my Masters in the same university while working as a lecturer in EEE
department of Islamic University of Technology (IUT). My field of research was
modeling and simulation of Er doped Si for possible optical application. I finished my MSc in April 2002. In September 2002 I went to
